Minster Bank Employees Donate to Clear Creek Farm
The employees of Minster Bank made a recent donation to Clear Creek Farm, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe, structured home environment for youth who have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment. The donation was made possible through Minster Bank’s “Casual for a Cause” initiative, where employees contribute funds in exchange for the opportunity to wear jeans on Fridays.
The donation was presented by former Sidney Branch Manager, Rhonda Keister, to Clear Creek Farm’s Executive Director, Chad Gessler. This contribution will support Clear Creek Farm’s mission to offer hope and healing to children aged six through eighteen, helping them develop spiritually, morally, emotionally, and educationally in a loving group home environment.
“We are thrilled to support Clear Creek Farm and their incredible work with children in our community,” said Keister. “Our employees are passionate about giving back, and the Casual for a Cause initiative allows us to make a meaningful impact.”
Clear Creek Farm, located in Sidney, OH, has been serving children throughout Miami and Shelby counties for over 42 years. The organization provides long-term residential care on a 70-acre farm, where children participate in all aspects of family life, including chores, shopping, meals, and yearly vacations. With the help of an in-house manager, Clear Creek Farm teaches respect and responsibility, showing each child what a loving family can be.
“We are grateful for the support from Minster Bank,” said Gessler. “This donation will help us continue to provide a nurturing environment for the children in our care, allowing them to thrive and reach their full potential.”
