Minster Bank Employees Donate to New Path Outreach
During the month of January, Minster Bank employees raised funds for New Path Outreach through the bank’s Casual for a Cause initiative. This donation reflects the bank’s ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

New Path is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families in need throughout southwestern Ohio. Through programs including food pantry services, free medical equipment, furniture assistance, and emergency financial aid, New Path connects neighbors with the resources they need. The organization also offers youth development programs and vehicle support through Christian Auto Redemption to help community members move toward greater independence. By addressing basic needs with compassion and care, the organization helps build stronger families and a more hopeful community.
The funds raised through Casual for a Cause will directly support these programs and services. Employees of Minster Bank participated in this initiative by dressing casually on Fridays in exchange for a donation. This effort not only fosters a sense of camaraderie among employees but also reinforces the bank’s dedication to community involvement and social responsibility.
“We are incredibly grateful to Minster Bank for their donation,” expressed Sherry Loschi, Director of Compassion Ministries for New Path Outreach. “We will use the money donated to assist with the high cost of heating bills for families that need help paying their bill.”
