Helping People Achieve Homeownership

Ready to Buy? Worried about a Down Payment?

Don’t miss out on an opportunity to get free grant money! Yes, that’s right – free money just for home buyers who qualify.

Here at your local Minster Bank, we have grant funds available through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati to help local customers like you become homeowners or move into a new home – that even includes a new home you are building.

As a potential new homeowner, you can apply for up to $5,000 or $7,500 for eligible veterans to help offset your upfront costs as you close your home loan. Funds can be awarded as early as March 2, so don’t wait to apply!
