Minster Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Alyssa Sowers as Troy Branch Manager.  In her new role, Sowers will oversee all branch operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. She is passionate about financial education and looks forward to working closely with the Troy community to promote financial literacy and empowerment.

Sowers began her banking career in 2014 in the Dayton area and is excited to bring her experience to Minster Bank’s Troy branch. As a Chamber Ambassador for the Huber Heights Chamber of Commerce, Alyssa has been involved in numerous community events.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her two children or reading in her home library. She looks forward to helping clients reach their financial milestones.
