The health and well-being of our clients, employees, and communities is our top priority, which is why we are reinforcing best health practices and monitoring the guidance from federal, state, and local officials for information and updates on COVID-19. 

As Minster Bank continues with our commitment to provide the recommended protection to our employees and clients, we are monitoring daily updates.  All Minster Bank branch lobbies and Wagner's IGA in-store branch are open.  We encourage you to continue using drive-thrus, as well as Mobile & Online Banking services, ATMs and night drop services when possible. (See a full list of locations and hours, including branches with drive-thrus here). 

Utilizing Ohio's COVID-19 Risk Level Guidelines for the public, offices located in Minster, New Bremen, St. Marys, Sidney, Troy, and Wapakoneta are declared a level 1.  The Vandalia-Butler office in Montgomery County is operating at a level 3, which may include additional requirements.

Scams
Look out for suspicious email and text messages, medical supply scams, and fraudulent donation sites that may impersonate a company, charity, or government agency. The intent is to convince you to share sensitive information such as usernames and passwords, make purchases or donations on spoof websites, or download malware onto your device by opening a malicious attachment. Minster Bank will never ask you for your personal information or log in credentials in an email or text message. If you receive a suspicious email or text message, don't respond, click on any links, or open attachments. Verify the authenticity of any website before making a purchase or donation.  Here are some helpful resources on this topic:

FDIC Protection
We want to assure our clients that we have prepared for times of emergency to keep our client’s funds protected and accessible. Minster Bank is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) network, which protects all depositors in the amount of $250,000 per depositor (including non-interest bearing transaction accounts), for each account ownership category, including:
