- OWNED REAL ESTATE including market value, mortgage holder information, gross rental information, monthly mortgage payment, insurance, taxes, & maintenance costs
- LANDLORD'S name & address. Rental payment receipts or cancelled checks for past 12 months
- ACCEPTED OFFER-TO-PURCHASE with amendments of counteroffers signed by all parties
