The Trust & Investment Services Department is proud to offer a team of experienced investment professionals to assist you. Each member of our team has been in the financial services industry for at least fifteen years.
STEVEN M. EITING, CPA
Manager
Steve is the Manager of the Trust & Investment Management Department. Steve has over fifteen years of experience in the Financial Services industry, including working at a nationally known investment company and at a large, regional bank.
Steve holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's. He is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of the Miami Valley and a member of the Minster Civic Association, and is Treasurer of the Community Fund and the Minster Oktoberfest.
J. SCOTT RADER
Wealth Management Advisor
Scott has been an investment professional for sixteen years. In addition to providing wealth planning services to affluent clients, he has served as an investment consultant to businesses, retirement plan sponsors, non-profit organizations, and endowment funds.
Scott's experience includes the founding of three, leading-edge investment research companies, which serve individual and institutional investors in several countries. He received his MBA in Finance from Wright State University and his BS degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Scott is a District Chair of Rotary International and past President of the Michigan Alumni Club of Dayton. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Piqua program and a recipient of the Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for his work with the Special Wish Foundation of Dayton.
MARK A. HENSCHEN, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM
President and CEO
Mark is the President and CEO of Minster Bank and has over twenty-five years of experience in Financial Services. Mark is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and a member of the Financial Planning Association.
Mark is a graduate of Ohio Northern University and holds an MBA from Eastern New Mexico University. He is currently a member of the advisory board for the Dicke College of Business at Ohio Northern University and is serving on the board for the Ohio Bankers League. Mark also has nine years of experience as a Trustee and Finance Committee member of a regional hospital group.
LORRIE A. LOUGHRIDGE
Trust Adminstrator
Lorrie has seventeen years of experience in the financial services industry. She is responsible for administering the Trust and Brokerage operations of the Bank.
Lorrie has also worked on risk management teams for very high net worth professionals - reviewing their insurance needs and risk exposures. Her commitment to customer service has earned her the Superior Service Award from two insurance companies for five consecutive years..
In addition, Lorrie has attended the Midwest Trust School at Bowling Green State University, completing Personal Trust 1,2, and 3.
Lorrie also volunteers for Local Youth education programs, working with at-risk teens in Self Esteem building and Life Coaching.
